Key Responsibilities
Repair laptops and desktops in the metro area, focusing on tasks such as replacing hard drives, motherboards, and keyboards.
Perform whole unit swaps and repair or replace PC peripherals as needed.
Utilize reliable transportation to service the metro and surrounding areas effectively.
Close service tickets in real-time using the company-provided phone and call management system.
Key Qualifications
Must have a reliable car and car insurance.
At least 1 year of hands-on experience with laptop and desktop break-fix.
Preferred background in computer building.
General knowledge of laptop/desktop hardware and software, including basic Microsoft applications.
Ability to resolve basic/non-complex problems as directed.
Client and/or governmental clearance may be required.
Police or criminal background verification clearance may be required.

Pass drug and background screening.
