What We’re Looking For At least 1 year of professional pet grooming experience — REQUIRED️ Strong grooming skills – Comfortable completing full-service grooms independently and delivering consistent, high-quality results Valid driver’s license and clean driving record – Must be comfortable safely driving a large Mercedes-Benz grooming van Passion for pets and customer service – You care about both the animal and the customer experience Dependable and professional – Strong communication skills, good judgment, and the ability to work independently Physically capable – Able to stand for extended periods, safely handle dogs of various sizes, lift up to 60 lbs., and use professional grooming equipment throughout the workday
