About the Role:Woofie's of Glastonbury-Marlborough is looking for passionate and skilled, experienced Mobile Pet Groomers to join our growing team in Glastonbury, CT! Responsibilities:- Provide professional grooming services to pets in a mobile grooming unit at clients' homes
- Perform bathing, brushing, haircuts, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and other grooming services
- Safely handle pets of various breeds, sizes, and temperaments
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-stocked mobile grooming van
- Build positive relationships with pet owners and deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage appointment schedules and travel efficiently between client locations
- Identify and communicate any health or behavioral concerns observed during grooming sessions
Requirements:- Prior professional pet grooming experience required
- Knowledge of breed-specific grooming styles and techniques
- Ability to safely handle and restrain pets of all sizes and temperaments
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently on a daily route
- Genuine love and compassion for animals
- Pass background check
