Mobile Phlebotomist - Early Morning

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, skilled Mobile Phlebotomist, who is confident with difficult blood draws and can provide excellent care in a fast-paced, early morning mobile setting. This role requires open availability, including early morning start times (as early as 2:00 am), rotating weekends and participation in an on-call schedule.

What You’ll Do:

• ·         Travel a daily route to different nursing facilities
• ·         Perform venipuncture and collect specimens for lab transport
• ·         Maintain clear and accurate documentation
• ·         Follow all safety, infection control, HIPAA and company protocols
• ·         Works cooperatively with all Solaris departments
• ·         Must be able to work under minimal supervision
• ·         Complete time sheets, mileage logs and other records accurately
• ·         Must maintain a good driving record
• ·         Must have a reliable vehicle that can meet daily driving requirements
• ·         Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

What We’re Looking For: 

• ·         Minimum of two years phlebotomy experience (Mobile phlebotomy is a plus)
• ·         Reliable vehicle, car insurance and driver’s license.
• ·         Smartphone for communication and routing
• ·         Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• ·         Professionalism, punctuality and a patient-focused mindset
