Start Date: January 15, 2026 (target)What You'll Do Provide comprehensive podiatric care directly to residents at facilities throughout Metro Atlanta, including:
- Diabetic foot exams and wound management (venous, pressure, traumatic ulcers)
- Fall risk interventions and custom orthotics
- Nail Care: nail trims, callus reduction, fungal treatments
- On-site EHR documentation and billing (we provide device and training)

Requirements
- DPM degree and active Georgia State Podiatry License
- DEA License and current malpractice insurance
- Individual Medicare/Medicaid provider number (we handle all group credentialing)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- EHR proficiency (PracticeFusion, GEHRIMED) or ability to learn quickly
