Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Mobile Radiologic Technologist to provide portable X-Ray and EKG services throughout the San Francisco area. This field-based role offers the opportunity to work independently while delivering diagnostic imaging services directly to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and patient residences.
The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable operating portable imaging equipment in a variety of clinical settings.
Schedule:
- Afternoon Shift.
- 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM.
- 8-Week Assignment.
- Weekend coverage as needed.
- On-call rotation required.
Responsibilities:
- Perform mobile X-Ray examinations using portable imaging equipment.
- Conduct EKG testing as ordered.
- Produce high-quality diagnostic images.
- Transmit studies securely for physician interpretation.
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
- Communicate effectively with facility staff and dispatch teams.
- Perform routine equipment and vehicle inspections.
Requirements:
Required:
- Active ARRT Certification.
- Active California Radiologic Technologist License.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Experience performing diagnostic X-Ray procedures.
- Ability to work independently in a mobile environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, push, and maneuver portable imaging equipment.
- Ability to transport equipment between facilities throughout the shift.
