By joining our union team, you will enjoy not only competitive wages and robust benefits but also the security and professional support that comes with a structured, collective bargaining environment. If you are ready to apply your technical expertise in a reliable, high-impact role where your contributions are recognized and valued, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Review assigned work orders, estimate time and materials needed to complete the repair, and maintain inventory of adequate supplies and tools.
  • Implement a preventive maintenance program to ensure that building machinery and systems meet or exceed their rated life.
  • Review inspections to building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by client.
  • Oversee compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and company directives related to building operations and work safety.
  • Operate company issued vehicle in execution of daily work responsibilities.
  • Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement.

What You'll Need

  • Valid Driver's License and Universal CFC certification required.
  • Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
  • Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems. Tact and diplomacy to exchange ideas and information in a concise and logical way.
  • Ability to effectively use personal computer and / or PDA for work order system, email, ESS, and training.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
  • Should any element of this Job Description conflict with the provisions of an applicable collective bargaining agreement, the terms and conditions of the collective bargaining agreement will prevail.
