Mobile Security Officer | Must Hold Active License

We are seeking a reliable and professional Mobile Security Officer to patrol and conduct security checks at various sites throughout the Nashville area. This position requires driving between multiple locations during the shift to ensure the safety and security of client properties.

• Location: Nashville, TN
• Shifts: 5:00PM-5:00AM CST or 6:00PM-4:00AM CST
• Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Conduct scheduled and random mobile patrols of assigned properties and surrounding areas.
• Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, trespassing, or other security violations.
• Maintain a visible security presence to deter criminal activity and safety concerns.
• Perform property inspections to identify hazards, suspicious activity, or maintenance concerns.
• Complete incident and activity reports accurately
• Respond to alarms and security-related situations as needed.
• Maintain professional communication with management and clients.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle required.
• Due to company insurance requirements, applicants must meet eligibility criteria for approved driver coverage.
• Valid security license required.
• Previous security experience preferred but not required.
• As a condition of employment, the employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Basic computer skills to operate innovative technology.
• Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and effectively.
• Able to:
• Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow, or heat
• Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
• Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift.
• Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time.
