    Description

    Mobile Service Technician

    Quirk Ford is growing and looking for a motivated Mobile Service Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate is dependable, works well independently, and has a strong automotive service background. B-Level technician qualifications and ASE certifications are preferred but not required.

    As a Mobile Service Technician, you will travel in a company-provided van to customer homes and workplaces to perform routine maintenance, basic repairs, and recall services while providing an exceptional customer experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform maintenance, repairs, and recall services in a mobile environment

    • Provide excellent customer service and represent Quirk Ford professionally

    • Manage daily appointments and communicate with dealership teams

    • Accurately document completed work

    • Stay current on Ford training and technical updates

    • Safely operate and maintain a company vehicle

    Qualifications:

    • B-Level technician or higher preferred

    • Automotive service experience required

    • ASE/Ford certifications preferred

    • Strong organizational and communication skills

    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

    • Valid driver’s license

    • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 100 pounds
