As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our mobile service program to better serve our customers at their homes and workplaces. Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Mobile Service Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance and light repair services using a fully equipped mobile service vehicle, providing dealership-quality service directly to our customers. Key Responsibilities: - Perform mobile maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, recalls, and minor repairs
- Travel to customer locations in a company-provided mobile service van
- Conduct basic diagnostics and identify additional service needs
- Provide excellent customer service and clearly explain services performed
- Complete digital vehicle inspections and service documentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mobile service vehicle
- Follow all Ford and dealership safety and quality standards
Qualifications: - 2+ years of automotive technician experience (Ford experience preferred)
- ASE certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using tablets/computers for service documentation
