Mobile Team Leader - Estate Services
We are looking for a Mobile Team Leader to join our Estate Services Team within the Housing & Regeneration Directorate.
The role is responsible for leading a team of Mobile Team Operatives and ensuring the efficient delivery of bulk waste removal, caretaking support and related estate services across the borough.
If you are comfortable working on site, have experience supervising operational teams and enjoy coordinating people, vehicles and resources to deliver services, we would like to hear from you.
This is a hands-on leadership role covering multiple locations, suited to someone organised, proactive and able to support their team while maintaining high service standards.
