Title: Mobile Technician
Hours: Wed - Sun 7:30AM - 5PM with some OT
Location: Fairfield, Vacaville, Napa, California

New site and need to fill open roles

Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances:

Candidate will need to provide their own vehicle and will be able to expense their miles starting from the first job site to the last job site.
This is a healthcare facility so any applicable PPE would be provided

Team Overview:

Candidates will be assigned a region based on location and the route will be determined based on efficiency. Candidate will be working independently

Education

H.S. diploma or GED, any applicable trade school is highly preferred.

The following outlines daily maintenance scope of services for assigned locations.
Standard service hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

General Building Maintenance
• Perform minor building repairs including doors, door hardware, and door closers.
• Conduct minor window repairs and adjustments.
• Perform minor roof repairs where safe and appropriate; escalate larger issues for vendor coordination.
• Assemble and install furniture, fixtures, and equipment as requested.
Electrical Maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical components including replacement of lamps, ballasts, and light fixtures.
• Perform basic circuit testing and identify electrical issues requiring escalation.
Plumbing Maintenance
• Clear minor plumbing clogs and perform basic plumbing repairs.
• Replace common plumbing components such as faucets, handles, valves, and fixtures as needed.
Lock and Key Management
• Maintain master key systems including key issuance, tracking logs, and re-keying as required.
• Support lock hardware repairs and access-related maintenance requests.
HVAC and Environmental Controls
• Monitor and make adjustments through electronic HVAC control systems to maintain appropriate temperature conditions.
• Identify system issues and coordinate with mechanical vendors when required.
Preventive Maintenance & Life Safety
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks on standard building equipment and life safety systems as assigned.
• Document completion of PM activities in the designated work order system.
Work Order Management & Documentation
• Utilize the designated computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to receive, document, and close work orders.
• Record labor, materials used, and status updates for all maintenance tasks.
Vendor Coordination & Facility Support
• Coordinate with external service vendors when specialized repairs are required.
• Contact elevator service vendor in the event of elevator malfunctions or outages.
• Provide contractor access and site coordination when work is performed in NorthBay facilities.
Conference & Shared Space Support
• Provide minor maintenance support for conference center spaces including basic repairs and setup assistance as needed.
Emergency & On-Demand Repairs
• Respond to urgent building maintenance issues and assist with coordination of emergency repairs to building systems.
• Address unforeseen maintenance requests within the scope of general facilities maintenance.
