    Mobile Truck Service Technician – Southern New Brunswick

    About the Role

    We are seeking a Mobile Truck Service Technician to support customers throughout Southern New Brunswick. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced diesel technician who enjoys working independently, solving mechanical problems, and providing exceptional customer service in the field.

    You'll travel directly to customer locations in a fully equipped service truck, performing diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and repairs that keep commercial fleets operating safely and efficiently.

    What You'll Do

    • Travel to customer sites to inspect, diagnose, and repair commercial trucks and equipment.
    • Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and scheduled service.
    • Diagnose and repair diesel engines, braking systems, electrical systems, suspension, steering, and other mechanical components.
    • Complete minor and emergency roadside or on-site repairs.
    • Operate and maintain a fully equipped mobile service vehicle.
    • Accurately document repairs, inspections, and parts used.
    • Build strong relationships by delivering professional, responsive customer service.
    • Maintain a safe, organized work environment while following all company and safety procedures.

    What We're Looking For

    • Experience as a Truck & Transport, Diesel, or Heavy Equipment Technician.
    • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong communication and customer service skills.
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
    • Previous dealership experience is considered an asset.
    • Licensed Red Seal Truck & Transport Technicians or experienced apprentices are encouraged to apply.

    Physical Requirements

    This is a physically active position that requires the ability to:

    • Lift heavy components and equipment.
    • Frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and work in confined spaces.
    • Stand and walk for extended periods.
    • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

    Schedule

    • Full-time
    • 44-hour work week
    • Overtime opportunities available
