Aurum Wireless is building a national retail sales organization, with hundreds of potential store locations available for expansion across the United States.

We’re hiring competitive, ambitious people who want more than another entry-level retail job. You’ll begin as a Mobility Expert, representing wireless and connectivity services inside a high-traffic retail location.
As you demonstrate consistent performance, professionalism and leadership ability, you can earn the opportunity to build a team and take responsibility for your own store—potentially within your first several months.

What You’ll Do- Serve as an in-store brand ambassador for wireless and connectivity services
- Professionally engage customers inside high-traffic retail locations
- Ask questions to understand each customer’s needs
- Explain available plans, promotions, devices and savings
- Help customers select services that fit their household
- Complete customer enrollments accurately
- Work toward clearly defined individual and team goals
- Participate in daily sales and leadership development
- Learn how to recruit, train and motivate a successful retail team
- Take on increasing responsibility as you meet performance benchmarks

Compensation and Benefits- Full-time, paid W-2 position
- Hourly earnings with uncapped performance-based commissions
