23 years of age or older (insurance requirement)
Valid Pennsylvania driver's license in good standing
Minimum 5 years of driving experience
Clean criminal record (no felonies or aggressive misdemeanors)
Clean driving record with no moving violations for at least 2 consecutâive years
No license suspensions in the past 7 years
Must pass drug screening, criminal background check, and Motor Vehicle Report check
Defensive Driving and PASS certification (we provide training if needed)
Must have or be willing to acquire a Business Licenseâ
