Position Summary
The Mobilization Case Manager manages medical readiness activities associated with Soldier deployments and mobilizations. This position tracks and coordinates medical readiness requirements before, during, and after mobilization.
Work Schedule
Full-Time
40 Hours per Week
Monday through Friday
7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Eastern Time
On-site at Defense Supply Center Columbus
Participation in mobilization and deployment readiness events as required
Limited telework may be authorized
Responsibilities
Manage mobilization-related medical cases.
Track deployment medical requirements.
Coordinate with Soldiers, Units, and MRNCOs.
Document all actions in eCase and applicable systems.
Participate in Medical Readiness Events and SRP events.
Monitor case status and readiness compliance.
Facilitate communication between military medical personnel and Soldiers.
Minimum Qualifications
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Licensed Social Worker, or Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field.
Minimum two (2) years of case management experience.
Knowledge of military deployment readiness requirements preferred.
