Responsibilities

This role will oversee execution of Spirit and Wine sales in Montgomery County, Maryland.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of strategies and tactics for achieving company goals.
  • Responsible for the relationship between the brokerage and suppliers
  • Ensure execution of sales plans that meet the Division's annual business plan goals and objectives. Examples of objectives are display execution, price reflection, market share growth and others.
  • Lead, manage and develop direct reports.
  • Establish strong business relationship with all key stakeholders.
  • Plan and conduct regular sales calls with Montgomery County Sales Team.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of category with opportunity identification and execution plans.
  • Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor''s Degree with 6 plus years of related experience and 3 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of leadership experience

Preferred

  • Must have reliable automobile transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver license, and maintain auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law.
  • The employee must be able to lift and carry products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Master's degree
