We're looking for model-based systems engineers who can build, analyze, and manage system architectures using industry-leading MBSE tools and best practices.What does this mean to you?In this role, you will:Develop and maintain system and system-of-systems architectures using Cameo/MagicDraw or similar SysML-based tools.Create, refine, and manage SysML artifacts (requirements, behaviors, structures, interfaces, allocations).Establish and enforce modeling standards and digital engineering methods across the lifecycle.Support mission architecture analysis, platform integration, and readiness assessments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (cyber, software, integration, platform engineering).Present technical findings to government stakeholders, including senior leaders.The ideal candidate will have:Hands‑on proficiency with at least one MBSE tool such as Cameo Systems Modeler, MagicDraw, IBM Rhapsody, or similar enterprise‑grade SysML modeling environments.Strong understanding of systems engineering lifecycle processes and requirements management.Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise executive‑level summaries.Experience working in DoD environments or complex system‑of‑systems programs.Experience implementing or maturing MBSE practices within a DoD program office.Familiarity with Navy C4I, platform integration, or mission‑level capability analysis.Scripting experience (Python, Ruby, etc.) to automate model queries or data integration.Benefits100% company‑paid insurance for medical, dental, and vision for eligible employees and family members100% company‑paid insurance for life, short‑term (STD) and long‑term disability (LTD) for eligible employees401(K) Plan with discretionary employer matching10 paid holidaysPaid time off (PTO)Educational assistanceWork/life balanceFamily‑oriented cultureYou will have a shiny desk at our G2 Ops office, plus the opportunity to work at a military site directly with our customers.
