Job Summary:
The Model Maker I will work with various composite and 3D printed materials and maintain the work
area in a clean and orderly condition. The Model Maker I will be mentored and supported by team
members on project work and customer interactions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
" Surface parts and fit components for assemblies.
" Develop composite tooling and molds.
" Create foam plank build-ups.
" Laminate with epoxy resins and carbon composites.
" Participate in vac-form disciplines.
" Operate shop equipment, including hand tools, and perform preventive maintenance.
" Participate in daily shop organization and clean-up.

Education and Experience (required):
" High school diploma or equivalent.
" 2+ previous experience required.

Education and Experience (preferred):
" Certificate in Autobody, Automotive Technology or related.
" Valid driver s license.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities (required):
" Mechanical ability and ability to operate shop equipment.
" Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
" Able to work independently and as part of a team.
" Has own tools with toolbox.
" Ability to read, comprehend and execute written and verbal instructions.

" Ability to work overtime as needed including weekends.
