Job Profile: Modeling and Simulations SpecialistLocation : Fort Bragg, N.C,Schedule: Full timeSecurity Clearance: Must have active SECRET clearance This position is contingent upon contract award Minimum Education Requirement:Associate degree.Four years of related military experience may substitute for academic degree.Special Skills/Qualifications Required: Two years of experience developing scenarios with Virtual Battle Space (VBS) 4.Shall be familiar with building three-dimensional terrain databases and entity objects using a variety of software.Minimal Background/Experience Required: Shall have experience with constructive and virtual computer simulations, video editing, and authoring of modeling/simulation scenarios.Knowledge of Army Mission Command and/or Live, Virtual, Constructive and Gaming (LVCG) Systems.Knowledge of at least one object-oriented programming language such as Java, C++, or .NET. Knowledge of military operational concepts.Additional Desired Qualifications/Experience/Characteristics: Ability to work with self-initiative after receiving initial task guidance.Ability to follow project schedules and meet designated completion dates.Comfortable with working as a member of a Modeling/Simulations team able to accept guidance as well as provide sound suggestions after conducting analysis of the project.
