Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Develops final scheduled maintenance visit plan and manages a minor plan.

• Identifies resources, manages scheduling, validates parts availability and determines impact to the scheduled visit plan.

• Responds to issues regarding quality, performs root cause analysis and resolves or elevates issues.

• Represents the organization as a coordinator on contracts and projects.

• Interacts with senior personnel, both internal and external on significant matters requiring coordination between multiple USAF & FMS organizations.

• Provides direction and review for all maintenance activities upon completion, ensuring they meet the overall objectives.

• Plans, schedules, and arranges own activities to accomplish objectives.

• Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems referring to established precedents and policies.

• Must be able to pass Ground Operations Personnel (GOP) and air respirator medical physicals and maintain qualification/certification.

• Works overtime and/or weekends if necessary.

Requirements:

• Ability to obtain Security Clearance.

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• 3+ years of experience in aircraft sustainment, repairs and modification.

• 3+ years of experience creating and managing project plans, schedules, and baselines.

• Ability to pass Ground Operations Personnel (GOP) and air respirator medical physicals and maintain qualification/certification.

• Ability to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary.

• Experience interacting with senior personnel, both internal and external on significant matters.

• Experience coordinating between multiple USAF & FMS organizations.

• Experience representing the organization as a coordinator on contracts and projects.

• Experience in root cause analysis and issue resolution.

• Experience in aircraft maintenance planning and scheduling.
