Position Summary:
The Module Production Tabber Technician is responsible for operating, monitoring, and supporting automated tabbing equipment used in the manufacturing of solar modules. This position plays a critical role in ensuring production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently achieved. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Individuals with experience in production, manufacturing, assembly, machine operation, maintenance, or technical support are encouraged to apply. Roles and Responsibilities:
Operate tabbing, stringing, and associated production equipment in accordance with established procedures and work instructions.
Monitor equipment performance and production output to ensure efficiency and quality standards are maintained.
Perform product inspections and quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve routine equipment and process issues while escalating complex problems to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain accurate production records, documentation, and reporting requirements.
Perform equipment cleaning, preventive maintenance tasks, and basic machine adjustments as required.
Follow all safety policies, procedures, and guidelines while maintaining a safe work environment.
Adhere to quality control standards and assist with identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on increasing productivity, reducing waste, and improving product quality.
