Impact you’ll make
- Execute mold setups and changeovers to meet the production schedule without unnecessary downtime.
- Prep tooling and materials in advance; partner with your supervisor to resolve process-related issues quickly.
- Perform preventative maintenance on tools in production, including cleaning and greasing molds; clean, inspect, and lubricate equipment and machinery.
- Answer troubleshooting calls, diagnose mold performance concerns, and complete or assist with repairs.
- Operate lines as needed, ensuring stable output and adherence to spec.
- Conduct container quality checks and log all adjustments or abnormalities on assigned machines.
- Adhere to plant-specific job specifications and task lists.

- Must wear all required PPE properly.
- Conduct him/herself in a safe manner.
- Must keep the area around your workstation clean and free from dirt and debris.
- Clean assigned areas of the building or pieces of equipment as instructed by your supervisor.

Baseline qualification
- Injection molding experience.
