In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently loading materials into molds, ensuring smooth operation and high-quality output. . This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced industrial equipment and contribute to innovative plastics manufacturing processesJob DescriptionResponsible for loading raw materials onto molds used in an automated production line while ensuring proper placement, quality, and production efficiency. Monitors equipment operation, maintains a safe work environment, and supports continuous production by following standard operating procedures.Key Responsibilities- Load raw materials into molds on an automated production line.- Verify correct material placement and mold alignment before processing.- Monitor automated equipment for proper operation and report malfunctions.- Maintain production pace to meet daily output goals.- Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.- Keep work area clean and organized (5S practices).- Perform basic machine cleaning and assist with routine maintenance as needed.- Record production data and report quality or equipment issues to supervisors.- Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.Qualifications· Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.· Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required.· Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.· Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.Join our team as a Mold Loading Operator and become part of a vibrant organization committed to innovation, quality, and safety.
