Mold Maintenance Technician

Our client is seeking a Mold Maintenance Technician to join the team.

-Perform finishing operations on completed mold sets
-Ensure precision and accuracy to customer specifications using hand and power tools, and measuring devices
-Perform bench work using various forms of metal working
-Perform finishing operations such as sanding, grinding, deburring, polishing etc
-Configure tooling
-Perform part inspections with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers and probes
-Work according to safety and ISO standards



Required Skills & Experience
-HS Diploma or GED, or Trade School Diploma/College in Technical Discipline
-Experience with industrial tooling and molds, hand tools and industrial equipment
-Possesses knowledge of bolting sizes and configurations to assemble tooling
-Experience with measuring tools
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs on occasion
-Ability to work on a bench and be detail oriented
-Experience with MS Office
-Good communication skills
-Able to work solo and on a team
-Ability to read and work from documents

Preferred Skills & Experience
-Sandblasting experience
