If you are an experienced professional in mold removal, water damage restoration, or disaster restoration seeking top-tier compensation, a brand-new company vehicle, a predictable Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend shifts, and a clear promotion trajectory into operations management, we want to talk to you.

    Primary Responsibilities:
    • Execute Core Field Operations: Perform hands-on mold removal, moisture control, containment setups, water damage restoration, air duct cleaning, and light construction / residential carpentry (drywall repair and framing).
    • Lead and Mentors Crews: Serve as the on-site Technician Team Lead—supervising, training, and working alongside field technicians to maintain strict quality control and operational standards.
    • Client & B2B Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the firm professionally on high-end residential job sites, communicating project scope clearly to property owners and real estate stakeholders.
    • Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Strictly enforce field safety protocols, including mandatory respiratory protection, containment controls, and Tyvek suit compliance under state and local regulations.
    • Logistics & Asset Management: Oversee service vehicle care, coordinate equipment loading/unloading, maintain inventory, and direct proper hazardous/environmental waste disposal.
    • Digital Project Tracking: Utilize our mobile CRM software to capture real-time job photos, log site metrics, and complete daily production reports.
    Required Qualifications:
    • 2+ years of hands-on experience in mold remediation, mitigation, or water damage restoration.
    • Proven technical mastery in establishing critical containment zones and negative air controls.
    • Valid California Driver’s License with a clean DMV driving record.
    • Able to lift up to 50 lbs, perform overhead work, navigate tight crawl spaces/attics, and wear full PPE/respirators for extended periods.
    • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
    • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen (excluding THC/cannabis).
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Prior leadership experience as a crew lead, job-site foreman, or senior field technician.
    • Active IICRC certifications (specifically WRT – Water Damage Restoration Technician, or AMRT – Applied Microbial Remediation Technician).
    • 2+ years of residential construction, framing, or finish carpentry experience.
