Position Overview
We’re hiring a Lead Mold Remediation Technician to manage residential and commercial projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for overseeing crews, ensuring jobsite safety, maintaining quality control, and being the primary on-site contact for customers. You’ll also support emergency response calls for water, mold, and fire-related losses.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and perform mold remediation, water damage restoration, and fire recovery tasks per written scopes
Supervise jobsite production, quality assurance, safety, and timelines
Maintain and manage company equipment, vehicles, and jobsite materials
Oversee crew performance, coach new technicians, and assist in hiring and training
