1st Shift: $19.00/hour
2nd Shift: $21.00/hour (includes $2.00 shift differential)
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Mold Set-Up / Process Technician to support injection molding operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone experienced with mold changes, machine setup, process adjustments, and maintaining production quality standards.

Set up, tear down, and change injection molds and related equipment
Start up production runs and adjust machine parameters as needed
Perform first-piece inspections and monitor part quality throughout production
Make process adjustments to maintain efficiency and quality standards
Complete setup sheets, production logs, and related documentation accurately
Inspect, clean, and report mold conditions after each production run
Troubleshoot molding or process issues as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
High school diploma or GED required
Injection molding setup, mold changing, or process technician experience strongly preferred
Ability to read technical prints and follow written work instructions
Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Basic math and documentation skills
Reliable attendance and ability to work independently
Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly
Must be able to wear required PPE in production areas
