TradeWorX is hiring experienced Mold Setters for a growing manufacturing operation in the Akron, Ohio area. We have multiple full-time openings available on 2nd and 3rd shift for candidates with injection molding experience who are ready to start immediately.

Job Duties
Set up and remove molds from injection molding presses.
Ensure equipment is properly configured according to production schedules.
Optimize mold setup and machine operation for consistent, quality production.
Perform machine startups and support processing activities.
Provide technical support on the manufacturing floor to maintain efficient production.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of injection molding or mold setter experience.
Experience setting molds in injection molding presses.
Ability to troubleshoot setup and processing issues.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
