What You'll Do

• Set up and change molds on plastic injection molding machines
• Connect water, hydraulic, air, and auxiliary equipment
• Process start-ups and troubleshoot molding issues
• Perform mold changes safely using overhead cranes and tow motors
• Assist with minor mold maintenance and machine adjustments
• Work closely with production to ensure quality and efficient operation

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of mold setting experience in plastic injection molding
• Experience processing injection molding machines
• Knowledge of robots and auxiliary equipment is a plus
• Ability to safely operate a tow motor and overhead crane
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment
