Molder Flex Operator Night Shift

Location: Onsite Newton, NC

Reports To: Shift Supervisor

Employment Status: Full Time

Travel: None

Night Shift 6:00 pm to 6:00 am

Work Schedule:

Production team members follow a rotating biweekly schedule:

• Week 1: 4 days – Monday through Thursday

• Week 2: 3 days – Monday through Wednesday

Pay: $20.07 to $24.64/hour plus $1.00/hour shift differential.

Position Overview

The Molder Flex Operator is a vital contributor to our manufacturing team, helping produce high-quality products in a safety-focused environment. This role offers hands-on experience across molding, assembly, and packaging operations while supporting our core values of quality, safety, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust molding and related production equipment according to established procedures.

• Assemble components into finished devices and inspect materials and products to ensure quality standards are met.

• Package and label finished products accurately, verifying work orders and specifications.

• Perform troubleshooting and make basic equipment or process adjustments as needed.

• Rotate between roles such as molder operator, setup, and final packaging to support team operations.

• Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards, and all safety guidelines.

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.

• Collaborate with team members, assist with cross-training, and support continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• 2 years' production experience preferred.

Work Environment

• This position typically functions in a manufacturing and warehouse setting with exposure to machinery, moving parts, and moderate noise levels.

• May be exposed to varying temperatures depending on the season and location within the facility.

• Requires standing, walking, and moving between workstations for extended periods throughout the shift.

• Involves repetitive hand and arm movements during molding, assembly, and packing processes.
