Job Summary
This role helps run plastic molding machines and supports daily production by sorting, inspecting, assembling, and packing parts.
What You'll Do
- Run and monitor plastic molding machines
- Mix materials correctly and safely
- Start and end jobs following proper procedures
- Inspect parts to make sure they meet quality standards
- Read simple drawings and use calipers to measure parts
- Label boxes, pack products, and complete basic paperwork
- Keep your work area clean and follow all safety rules
- Help with other tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail
- Good work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to do basic math (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing)
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand/walk most of the day
- Able to read and follow safety instructions in English
Preferred:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of injection molding experience
Work Environment
This job takes place in a manufacturing warehouse. You may need to wear safety shoes, glasses, gloves, and hearing protection.
