Shift: Monday - Friday | 6:45 AM - 3 PM

Requirements

• Entry level | Willing to train
• Able to lift 45 lbs.
• Good mechanical ability and attention to detail
• Ability to learn quickly

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the use of measuring tools helpful
• Good math skills
• Prior manufacturing experience
• Self-motivated team player
• Blueprint reading helpful

Job Duties

• Read work instructions and work orders to make sure each job is done the right way.
• Run molding machines to make quality plastic parts that meet company standards.
• Check each part for defects, trim extra material, and perform simple quality inspections.
• Pack finished products into boxes and prepare them for shipment.
• Share important information with the next operator and follow directions from team leaders and supervisors.
• Follow all safety rules and keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.

As a Molding Machine Operator you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures. You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, perform routine machine checks, maintain production records, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
