Shifts Available
1st: 7:00 am -3:30 pm (Monday to Friday)
2nd: 3:30 pm - 2:00 am (Monday to Thursday) - Training takes place on 1st Shift
Key Responsibilities:
Operate molding machines using hand-loaded components or inserts in a safe and efficient manner
Inspect molded parts to ensure they meet quality specifications
Perform finishing tasks such as trimming, deburring, or minor assembly as required
Accurately complete production and quality documentation
Package finished products according to company guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Report any equipment issues or quality concerns to supervisors promptly
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus but not required
Ability to read and follow detailed instructions and use basic measuring tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Good communication and teamwork skills

Pay Details: $18.33 to $20.83 per hour
