Molding Operator- 2nd and 3rd shift

Operate plastic injection molding machines according to established production procedures.
Load raw materials and monitor machine performance throughout production runs.
Inspect molded parts for defects and ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
Trim, assemble, package, and label finished products as required.
Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
Identify and report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or production issues to supervisors.
Accurately complete production logs and quality documentation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following company safety policies.
Follow work instructions, production schedules, and standard operating procedures.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
