Pay: $18.50 based on experience

Youll be responsible for filling molds, operating machinery, removing parts, and maintaining safety and quality standards throughout each shift. Required Skills:- Operate thermoset compression molding presses, including material loading and part removal
- Perform inspections (first-piece, in-process, final) and identify defects using basic measurement tools
- Complete secondary tasks including trimming, packaging, labeling, and documentation
- Maintain a safe, clean workspace and report any quality or equipment issues promptly
Nice to Have Skills:- Previous experience in manufacturing or production environment
- Familiarity with plastic injection molding equipment or machinery maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret simple technical instructions or diagrams
Preferred Education and Experience:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply; previous experience is a plus but not required
Other Requirements:- Ability to lift moderate weights regularly throughout the shift
- Willingness to work flexible shifts as needed
