Pay: $17-$20 based on experience

This entry-level position offers a hands-on opportunity to learn and grow within a dynamic production environment. You’ll be responsible for filling molds, operating machinery, removing parts, and maintaining safety and quality standards throughout each shift. Required Skills:

• Operate thermoset compression molding presses, including material loading and part removal
• Perform inspections (first-piece, in-process, final) and identify defects using basic measurement tools
• Complete secondary tasks including trimming, packaging, labeling, and documentation
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace and report any quality or equipment issues promptly

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience in manufacturing or production environment
• Familiarity with plastic injection molding equipment or machinery maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret simple technical instructions or diagrams

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply; previous experience is a plus but not required

Other Requirements:

• Ability to lift moderate weights regularly throughout the shift
• Willingness to work flexible shifts as needed
