Pay Rate: $19.49/hour + $2.00/hour shift differential

The Molding Operator is responsible for operating plastic injection molding equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role supports production by safely setting up, operating, and monitoring molding machines while maintaining quality, efficiency, and compliance with safety standards.
Previous machine operating experience is required; injection molding experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Operate plastic injection molding equipment with minimal supervision
Perform machine setup, startup, testing, and troubleshooting through first-piece approval
Conduct visual inspections to identify defects or anomalies and take corrective action as needed
Produce quality parts that meet customer specifications with minimal scrap
Train and support Injection Operator I team members
Accurately measure parts using calipers, micrometers, height stands, and related tools
Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S principles
Follow all PPE, safety, environmental, and company policies
Participate in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) activities and safety observations
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor or Cell Lead
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment
1+ year of injection molding or related machine operation experience preferred
Prior machine operating experience required (injection molding experience not mandatory)
