Coast Personnel Services is hiring motivated and dependable Plastic Injection Molding Operators for a manufacturing facility in Turtle Lake, WI. If you have experience in manufacturing, machine operation, quality inspection, or assembly—or you're eager to learn—we encourage you to apply.
As a Plastic Injection Molding Operator, you will play a key role in producing high-quality plastic components while maintaining safety, efficiency, and production standards.
Operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines during production.
Inspect molded parts to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
Remove excess material, trim parts, assemble components, and package finished products.
Load raw materials and monitor machine performance throughout production runs.
Perform routine cleaning and basic machine maintenance.
Identify and report machine issues, equipment malfunctions, or product defects.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and production schedules.
Work effectively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.

Previous manufacturing, machine operator, injection molding, or production experience preferred.
