Molding Technician

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Hours 7pm-7am 

Direct Hire opportuntiy

hrly rate $32.00-$35.00/hr. DOE; shift differential of $1.50/hr.

Roles and Responsibilities: 
As a Injection Molding Technician, you will be integral to our production process. Your primary responsibilities will include: 

-lock out tag out

-run maintenacne and quality checks

-Using a heat injections
- Setting up and operating molding machines to produce high-quality parts. 
- Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the molding process. 
- Conducting routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. 
- Collaborating with team members to improve processes and enhance product quality. 
- Monitoring production output and adhering to safety and quality standards.

Experience Level: 
Preferred experience level is 5 to 7 years.

Experience using: (Kawasaki 6-axis robots, vibratory bowl feeders and runs, camera vision systems,table cutter, and operate capping stations

Desired Skills: 
We seek individuals with: 
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. 
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents. 
- A keen eye for detail to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications. 
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
