The Molding Technician I supports the Production Department by assisting senior-level technicians with daily manufacturing operations. This entry-level role is designed to develop technical skills through hands-on training, close supervision, and progressive responsibility in molding operations, quality inspection, and safety compliance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist senior technicians with daily molding and production activities.
Learn and apply company quality standards by inspecting molded parts for defects.
Review quality processes and identify potential quality concerns under supervision.
Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and manufacturing guidelines.
Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) to maintain a safe work environment.
Participate in the safe handling and disposal of hazardous materials (HazMat) in designated areas.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
Support production goals while adhering to quality and safety standards.
