• Experience in plastic injection molding or manufacturing environments
• Basic troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to equipment issues

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Previous exposure to manufacturing or molding roles is a plus, but not required

Other Requirements:

• Ability to follow safety guidelines and work instructions precisely
• Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM, with occasional overtime
