\nThe Role
\nAs a Molding Technician, you are integral to Pacific Rubber’s production process. You’ll set up, operate, and maintain high‑precision molding equipment to produce sealing components that meet strict quality, dimensional, and cleanliness standards.
\nYou’ll be involved in the full production cycle—from material preparation and mold setup to part handling, inspection, and final packaging—working in a controlled manufacturing environment. This is a hands‑on role where operational excellence, consistency, and safety matter every day.
