Job Duties & Responsibilities
Assemble and disassemble molds while supporting daily operations within the mold processing department
Operate and assist with manual machining equipment including Bridgeport milling machines and surface grinders
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate production and repairs
Support shop operations with machine setup, troubleshooting, and cross-functional assistance as needed
Required Skills & Experience
Previous Moldmaker or Toolmaker experience in a manufacturing or tooling environment
Ability to read blueprints and apply GD&T principles
Willingness to work overtime, including Saturday half-days
Openness to learn manual machining processes and assist throughout the shop
Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience with mold processing operations
Hands-on experience setting up and running machining equipment
Compensation
$25.00 - $40.00 per hour, based on experience
