The Manager of Molecular Imaging will oversees the daily operations of Positron Emission Tomography (PET) Center, Nuclear Medicine, and Nuclear Infusions at Keck Medical Center. The Manager will balance clinical excellence, personnel management, and regulatory compliance to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. The role ensures accurate and timely performance of diagnostic test with responsibility to supervise, hire, and evaluate technical and support staff by competency assessments and ongoing professional development. The Manager will also ensure strict adherence to healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and hospital policies. Proactively identify safety risks and drive process improvement initiatives. Monitor departmental budgets, oversee equipment procurement, and optimize resource allocation. Work closely with radiologists, cardiologists, department leadership, and other healthcare professionals to standardize the Keck Theranostics Center workflows. The salary range for this position is $138,445.00 - $228,434.00.
