Are you a dynamic, experienced leader with a passion for entertainment and a knack for managing operations? Monster Mini Golf in Your City is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Manager to lead our unique, indoor, glow-in-the-dark entertainment center!

We're not just Mini Golf; we're a vibrant, high-energy destination featuring an 18-hole course, a thrilling arcade, laser maze, bowling, pixel game floor and memorable birthdayparties. In the Manager role, you'll be the driving force behind our success, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient operations, and a positive team culture.

What You'll Do:

As the Manager, you'll oversee all facets of the Denton, TX location, including:

  • Operational Excellence: Manage daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe functioning of all attractions, including mini golf, arcade, laser maze, bowling, and pixel game floor.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Train and motivate a high-performing team of Shift Supervisors, Memory Makers (Party Hosts), and Team Members. Foster a positive, engaging, and professional work environment.
  • Guest Experience Champion: Ensure every guest receives outstanding service. Handle escalated guest concerns and continually seek ways to enhance satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, revenue generation, expense control, cash handling procedures, and inventory management to meet financial targets.
  • Sales & Marketing Support: Assist with the implementation of local marketing initiatives, drive party bookings, and identify opportunities to increase foot traffic and revenue.
  • Maintenance & Facilities: Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of the entire facility, including equipment, attractions, and common areas.
  • Compliance: Uphold all company policies, procedures, and relevant health, safety, and labor regulations.
  • Inventory & Purchasing: Assist with the management of ordering, stocking, and cost control for concessions, prizes, and operational supplies.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven Leadership: 2-3+ years of management experience in retail, hospitality, entertainment, or a related service industry. Prior general management experience is highly preferred.
  • Operational Acumen: Strong understanding of operational procedures, inventory control, and scheduling.
  • Customer Service Focus: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and resolving issues effectively.
  • People Management: Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, develop, and manage a diverse team.
  • Problem-Solver: Proactive, resourceful, and capable of making sound decisions under pressure.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Availability: Must have open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with POS systems, basic computer applications, and facility equipment.
