Who We Are

Elena Montessori is a warm, play-based learning community where children grow through hands-on Montessori materials, gentle guidance, and meaningful connection.

As a Montessori Teacher here, you'll work in a school that puts family first, takes child safety seriously, values professionalism, and believes strong classrooms are built by teachers who support each other.

What You'll Be Doing

Your day will be hands-on, calm, and meaningful. You'll guide children through Montessori learning with patience and consistency, helping them build independence, confidence, and a real love of learning.

You'll create a classroom that feels safe and steady. Not loud for the sake of loud. Not reactive. Just thoughtful guidance, strong classroom management, and the kind of presence children trust.

You'll also be part of something bigger than your own room. You'll help build community with families, connect with your team, and bring the kind of positive energy that makes people want to stay for the long term.

The Hiring Process

We have a rigorous process for hiring, but move FAST for the right person. You could be hired in as little as 10 days! We've had lots of interest, so the first few steps are automated to make sure you can get considered quickly.

The process:

2. You'll get a text for a quick 1-way video question. (5 min)
3. You'll be texted a link for a 10 min questionnaire that will help match you to the job (or others that might suit you!).
4. We'll send you a link to schedule a phone interview.
5. We'll send you a link to get scheduled for an in-person interview.
6. You can easily be in for an interview within a couple days from right now.

What You'll Earn

You'll work a full 40-hour week and earn $20-$24 per hour. After 90 days, you'll also get paid Spring Break for 1 week, paid Winter Break for 2 weeks, paid Thanksgiving Break for 3 days, about 1 month of paid time off each year, and free state-required continuing education training.
