Responsibilities:
Develop and implement age-appropriate Montessori curriculum for toddlers.
Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
Observe and assess children's developmental progress regularly.
Encourage independence and self-directed learning among students.
Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and needs.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom space.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Requirements:
Valid Montessori teaching certification or equivalent experience.
Experience working with toddlers in an educational setting.
Strong understanding of Montessori principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom culture.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Passion for early childhood education and child development.
Flexible, patient, and creative demeanor.
