General Statement of Duties:
Monty''s Market Manager will oversee the day-to-day operation of MWCC''s two food pantries (Gardner and Leominster) and community fridges. This position will also provide leadership and supervision to the professional and student staff who work in both pantries including hiring, developing coverage schedules, and other duties to ensure that the College is meeting the food insecurity needs of our diverse student population.
