We’re seeking an experienced MOP Manager to lead Methods of Procedure (MOP), Modeled Change Management (MCM), and Responsible Oversight efforts for mission-critical data center renovation projects. This role plays a key part in ensuring safe, compliant, and tightly coordinated execution within live hyperscale environments, working across mechanical, electrical, and low-voltage systems.
 

  • Location: Dulles / Northern Virginia (20166)

  • Pay: $57.69/hr (approximately $120,000 annually)

  • Type: 6-month+ contract with potential to convert

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday

  • Work Setup: Field-based (no remote)

  • Travel: Some regional travel between data center sites

Role Overview:

  • Lead development, prioritization, and execution of MOPs, MCMs, and Responsible Oversight processes

  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary renovation scopes in live data center environments

  • Manage MOP schedules, trackers, KPIs, and change-management workflows

  • Align MOP execution with client site schedules and operational constraints

  • Review and interpret MEP drawings and specifications

  • Provide technical guidance to trade partners and field teams

  • Monitor safety, quality, and schedule risks; escalate issues as needed

  • Maintain documentation, reporting, and communication using project management tools
